From the ground up, the eSBDC website and software was designed with a typical small business development center in mind—
an Oregon SBDC, actually.
Oregon’s BizCenter SBDC network had the kernel of an idea: deliver SBDC resources and services electronically to the client, via the internet.
Together with PureBlend, the eSBDC vision was created.

PureBlend is authorized to make the eSBDC system available for license
for use as your network’s website. PureBlend calls the software platform
“PureSBDC”.
PureSBDC provides your clients with
efficient, organized self-serve access to your resources. PureSBDC facilitates e-counseling
and streamlines new client registrations through automation. PureSBDC promotes workshops, and can handle the
sale of workshop registrations, books, software, and other products. PureSBDC provides your management and staff with powerful management tools
via a password-protected area of the website called the “Backstage”.

a state-of-the-art, web-based content distribution and client management system
which the Oregon SBDC Network refers to as the “eSBDC BizCenter”
and which PureBlend markets and licenses as “PureSBDC”.
